Telemarketing System
The following operations are supported:

  • Extensions can make calls to PSTN terminal via IMS server (main function);
  • Extensions can call each other;
  • Extensions can answer to PSTN terminal via IMS server.

To attain these purposes, take the following 2 steps to configure Gateway 1:
1) Do SIP settings.
Set the LAN for SIP call processing and the SIP server address.
Set the LAN for SIP call processing and the SIP server address.
2) Do FXS Settings
Set each FXS port’s account information registered to the SIP server.
Set each FXS port’s account information registered to the SIP server.

The way to configure Gateway 2 is almost the same as Gateway 1 except for the step of setting the SIP account information. See the figure below.

Such functions as to enable extensions to make calls to PSTN through IMS and to answer calls coming in from IMS, as well as to set and process outgoing call numbers, all reply to the SIP server which will subsequently send the processed numbers called by the analog gateway to IMS.

Such functions as to enable extensions to make calls to PSTN through IMS and to answer calls coming in from IMS, as well as to set and process outgoing call numbers, all reply to the SIP server which will subsequently send the processed numbers called by the analog gateway to IMS.
